Processing through our payment provider

Purchases are processed by Link (Stripe), acting as reseller (“Merchant of Record”): your purchase contract for the license is concluded with Link (Stripe), which issues the invoice and is responsible for payment, invoicing and sales tax. In addition, these terms apply to the use of the software. Withdrawals and refunds are therefore processed via Link (Stripe); its terms apply in addition. You can still contact us directly at any time – we will take care of it.

Before buying, you can test DF ADR for 14 days free of charge and without restrictions – so you know beforehand whether it works in your studio and with your DAW.

Right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal for consumers

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

For a contract for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performance (sending the activation code or download) after you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period, acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a subscription at any time, effective at the end of the term – this is not a withdrawal and is possible independently. Terms already paid are not refunded pro rata for a regular cancellation.
